85% of “small packages” and letters that we have shipped in February are still in Moscow, Russia. There are NOT any problems at Russian customs – all of packages are held waiting “before” customs. We really can’t do anything to change this situation. Now we CEASE all sales and shipments outside Russia until the situation is resolved.
